Objective To study the curative efficiency and security analysis of cyclophosphamide combined with prednisone on treating elderly patients with systemic lupus erythematous. Method 98 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated by prednisone separately,experimental group received cyclophosphamide and prednisone treatment,their markedly effective,ineffective,the to-tal effective rate,adverse reaction probability,serum complement and antibody content were observed and compared. Results After the treat-ment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than control group,relatively low immunoglobulin levels in the serum was lower,and complement was higher than the control group in volume. For the adverse drug reactions occur,patients in the two groups has no difference. Conclusion Cyclophosphamide combined with prednisone in the treatment of senile systemic lupus erythematous,which can significantly improve the efficiency,the adverse reaction is little,and its safety can be guaranteed.%目的：研究采用环磷酰胺结合泼尼松对老年系统性红斑狼疮患者的疗效及安全性。方法：将98例患者随机分成两组，对照组进行单独泼尼松治疗，试验组进行环磷酰胺联合泼尼松治疗，观察记录两组患者治疗的显效，有效，无效及总有效率、不良反应的发生概率和前后血清补体及抗体含量，并进行比较。结果：治疗后试验组的总有效率较对照组明显高，血清中免疫球蛋白含量相对少，而在补体量方面较对照组高。对于药物的不良反应的发生，两组患者没有很大区别。结论：环磷酰胺结合泼尼松治疗老年系统性红斑狼疮可以显著提高其有效率，不良反应的发生也少，安全性可以保证。
