L-肉碱联合维生素E和维生素C治疗特发性少弱精子症的临床疗效

Objective Analysis clinical effect of L — carnitine combined vitamin C and vitamin E in the treatment of idiopathic less weaj sperm. Method 120 cases with were idiopathic less weaj sperm disease randomly divided into control group and observation group,two groups of 60 people,the control group was treated with vitamin E and vitamin C,on the basis of the observation group,in the control group was trea-ted with L—carnitine combination therapy. Two groups were a course of treatment,16 weejs as a course of treatment,and to observe the two groups after treatment in patients with sperm concentration,the proportion of the total number of sperm movement sperm and the sperm surviv-al rate,their spouses pregnancies,etc. Results Sperm concentration,the proportion of the total number of sperm movement sperm and the sperm survival rate,their partner's pregnancy of observation group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). Conclusion L — carnitine in combination with vitamin E and vitamin C in the treatment of idiopathic less weaj sperm has obvious therapeutic effect,worth clinical popularizing widely.%目的：分析L—肉碱联合维生素C与维生素E在特发性少若精子症治疗中的临床效果。方法：选取收治的特发性少弱精子症患者120例，随机分为对照组与观察组，两组各60例，给予对照组使用维生素E和维生素C进行治疗，给予观察组在对照组的基础上使用L—肉碱联合治疗。两组均治疗1个疗程，以16周为1个疗程，并观察两组患者治疗后的精子浓度、运动精子的总数、运动精子的比例以及精子的存活率、其配偶的妊娠情况等。结果：观察组的精子浓度、运动精子的总数、运动精子的比例以及精子的存活率、其配偶的妊娠情况明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：L—肉碱联合维生素E与维生素C在特发性少弱精子症的治疗中具有明显的治疗效果，值得临床广泛推广。
