磷酸铝凝胶辅助配合洗胃治疗新生儿咽下综合征效果研究

摘要

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of aluminum phosphate gel combined with gastric lavage in the treatment of neo-natal swallowing syndrome.Method 82 cases of swallowing syndrome patients were randomly divided to control group or therapy group.The control group only took routine gastric lavage.And the therapy group took aluminium phosphate gel after gastric lavage treatment.Fecal /vomit occult blood,vomiting,gastric re -lavage were observed in the two groups.Results There were no gastroin-testinal bleeding after gastric lavage in two groups.The occurrence rate of vomiting in therapy group was obviously lower than control group.There had statistical significance between each group (P <0.05).And there were no significant difference among therapy and control groups in the incidence of gastric re -lavage (P >0.05).Conclusion Normative operation for gastric lavage can avoid gastrointestinal mucosal bleeding.Application of aluminium phosphate gel can reduce the re -vomiting.Therefore it is highly recom-mended and worth the clinical promotion.%目的：研究磷酸铝凝胶辅助配合洗胃治疗新生儿咽下综合征的临床效果。方法：将我科82例咽下综合征患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组仅常规洗胃治疗，治疗组洗胃治疗后服用磷酸铝凝胶；观察两组大便／呕吐物潜血、再次呕吐、再次洗胃情况。结果：治疗组和对照组均未发生消化道出血；治疗组再次呕吐发生率明显低于对照组，两组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；再次洗胃发生率两组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：洗胃技术规范操作可以避免消化道黏膜出血；配合应用磷酸铝凝胶可减少再次呕吐的发生，值得临床推广。
