钝针扣眼穿刺方法在血液透析患者难穿刺内瘘中的应用效果评价

摘要

Objective To investigate the blunt needle puncture buttonhole clinical effect and value of the patient′s blood through a patient in hard puncture fistula.Method 11 cases of fistula puncture difficult were selected as research subjects,they were divided into two groups,after 6 months 11 patients were treated with a blunt needle puncture buttonhole,they were set the ob-servation group,the situation before the implementation of the June general puncturing compare it,against its application effect.Results The success rate in the first,compare the incidence of bleeding puncture,puncture press time,puncture pain scores, morbidity and other aspects of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion In the maintenance hemodialysis patients fistula poor conditions,the use of intravenous fistula buttonhole blunt needle puncture can be performed effectively protect its vessels,increase one -time success rate,reduce the inci-dence of complications,worthy of clinical application.%目的：研究探讨钝针扣眼穿刺方法在血液透析患者患者难穿刺内瘘中的临床应用效果及价值。方法：选取行维持性血液透析的难穿刺内瘘患者11例作为研究对象，将其分为两组，6月后11例患者实施钝针扣眼穿刺，设为观察组，将其与6月前实施普通穿刺时的情况进行比较，对照其应用效果。结果：观察组在一次穿刺成功率、穿刺点渗血发生率、穿刺按压时间、穿刺后的疼痛评分、并发症发生率等方面的比较均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：维持性血液透析患者内瘘血管条件差的情况下，采用钝针扣眼穿刺法能对其血管进行有效保护，提高一次性穿刺成功率，降低并发症发生率，值得临床推广应用。
