钝针扣眼穿刺技术在自体动静脉内瘘中的应用及护理要点

摘要

：Arteriovenous fistula is the preferred vascular pathway in patients with hemodialysis. Common puncture methods of arteriovenous fistula cannulation include the area method, the rope ladder and buttonhole method. In recent years, the effect of buttonhole technique has been well performed. This paper reviewed the advantages of buttonhole technique with blunt needle, related complications and the status and progress of puncture site care. It is better to use its advantages to reduce the risk of complications and improve nursing management, so as to benefit the patients.
