糖尿病足患者社区护理干预

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of community nursing intervention on patients of diabetic foot. Method Totally 80 patients of diabetic foot from fivecommunities were selected as the research object. They were divided into experimental group (40 cases)and control group(40 cases)randomly. No intervention was given in the control group,the experimental group were treated with community nursing intervention. The ischemic symptoms of lower limbs,dry and crack foot skin,FBG 、PBG2h、HbAlc and knowledge - attitude - skill between the two groups at the end of the third month were compared. Results The ische-mic symptoms of lower limbs,dry and crack foot skin in the experimental group were more significantly improved than that in the control group. The metabolic index such as FBG 、PBG2h、HbAlc was better than in the control group,the difference was statisti-cally significant(P < 0. 01)The scores of knowledge - attitude - skill in the control group was lower than that in experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 01). Conclusion The community nursing intervention can improve the ischemic symptoms of lower limbs,dry and crack foot skin and metabolism of patients of diabetic foot. It is worth clinical applica-tion.%目的：对社区糖尿病足患者进行护理干预，探讨干预效果。方法：选取80例糖尿病足患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法，将其分为对照组和试验组，每组各40例，对照组患者进行自我照护，试验组患者接受社区护理干预。3个月后比较两组患者的下肢供血状况、下肢皮肤状况、代谢指标及对糖尿病足的知识、态度和行为。结果：试验组患者发生下肢供血障碍及皮肤异常的比例低于对照组患者，代谢指标优于对照组，知识、态度、行为得分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.01）。结论：社区护理干预可以改善糖尿病足患者下肢的供血状况、皮肤状况及新陈代谢，值得临床医师的采纳和推广应用。
