目的：对保留甲状腺大血管的甲状腺次全切除术的效果进行评价，探讨其临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析通过手术治疗的106例甲亢患者，包括原发性甲亢27例，继发性甲亢31例，高功能腺瘤48例。观察术中出血、手术时间、术后并发症的发生情况。结果：术中出血（33.5±5.1）ml、手术时间（58.7±9.2）min。术后并发症：神经损伤3例（2.8%）、甲低发生4例（3.8%）、手足抽搐发生率0、甲亢复发4例（3.8%）。结论：保留甲状腺大血管的甲状腺次全切除术具有出血量少、手术时间短、并发症少等优点，具有临床应用价值。%Objective To evaluate the retention of thyroid vascular effects of thyroidectomy,to explore its clinical application val-ue. Method Retrospective analysis of 106 cases of hyperthyroidism patients by surgical treatment,including 27 cases of primary hyperthy-roidism,secondary hyperthyroidism in 31 cases,48 cases of high functional adenoma. Conclusion The thyroidectomy which retains all vessels with less blood loss,shorter operation time and less complications. So it has clinical application value.
