疏肝健脾法治疗慢性疲劳综合征

摘要

目的：探究疏肝健脾法治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治慢性疲劳综合征患者70例，采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，各35例，其中对照组给予口服盐酸氟西汀胶囊等西药常规治疗，治疗组则在对照组的基础上以疏肝健脾的中药汤剂治疗。2组均2周为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程。治疗结束后检测临床有效率，对比治疗前后患者记忆力减退、失眠抑郁、紧张焦虑等症状积分的改善情况。结果1）经治疗后，2组患者各临床症状有所改善，治疗组总有效率为91.43%，对照组总有效率为74.29%，治疗组有效率明显高于对照组，有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；2）经治疗后2组患者临床证候积分治疗组较对照组下降更为明显，有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论疏肝健脾法能够强健脾胃、疏肝理气，对于因肝气郁结、脾胃不和引发的慢性疲劳综合征患者，能在增加人体机能的同时，明显改善患者记忆力及失眠抑郁、紧张焦虑等症状。%Objective To explore the clinical observation of soothing liver and invigorating spleen on treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods To select 70 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome in our hospital,to use ran-dom number tables to divide them into two groups,with each group of 35 cases,of which the control group is given rou-tine treatment with Western medicine such as oral capsules of fluoxetine hydrochloride,on the basis of the control group,the experimental group is treated with decoction of soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen. Both groups are given 2 weeks as 1 course of treatment,there are 2 courses. After the treatment,the clinical effectiveness was test-ed. Improvements of symptoms scores of patients with memory loss,insomnia,depression,anxiety and other symptoms before and after treatment are compared. Results 1)After treatment,each of the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms has improved. The overall effective rate of the experimental group is 91. 43% ,and that in the control group is 74. 29% ,the effective rate of the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group,there is statistical significance(P < 0. 05);2)After treatment,clinical symptom scores of patients in the experimental group is significantly lower than that in the control group. It has statistically,significance(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Method of soothing liver and invigorating spleen can robust spleen and stomach,and sparse liver and qi,for patients with chronic fatigue integrated levy duing to liver stagnation,and spleen and stomach discord,it can increase function of human body while obviously improving patients’ symptoms such as memory,insomnia depression,tension anxiety and so on.
