推拿疗法对末端病的治疗研究

Comprehensive through the analysis of the literature at home and abroad ,summarized at the end of disease etiology and pathogenesis ,to explore the application of massage therapy in the treatment of terminal disease and its mechanism of ac-tion .Most people think the end of the disease is due to end bear overload ,the emergence of local blood circulation disorder caused produce a variety of active factors .Massage therapy is a common clinical treatment to the disease .It has the effect of re-lieving fatigue ,promoting microcirculation ,anti-inflammatory and analgesic .The clinical use of massage therapy terminal illness has obtained very satisfactory curative effect .Among various active factor in terminal illness is what kind of a relationship and massage therapy research on mechanism of disease at the end of the experiment will be the development direction in the future .%分析近年来的国内外文献，总结末端病的病因及其发病机制，探讨推拿疗法在治疗末端病中的应用及其作用机制。多数人认为，末端病是由于末端承受负荷过重，局部出现血液循环障碍产生多种活性因子导致的。推拿疗法是临床上一种常见的末端病治疗方法，具有缓解疲劳、促进微循环、消炎镇痛等作用，临床上运用推拿治疗末端病。末端病中的各种活性因子之间是怎样的一种相互关系及推拿疗法对末端病的实验机制研究将是今后的拓展方向。
