针药结合治疗孤独症心肝火旺型48例

摘要

目的 观察中医针药结合治疗心肝火旺型童年孤独症的临床疗效.方法 选取我院符合入选标准的孤独症患儿48例,在自愿原则前提下随机等分为2组,对照组采取现代康复治疗方案(感觉统合、音乐疗法、引导式教育等),观察组在对照组的基础上配合院内自制中药制剂静帅康胶囊(由天麻、白芍、水牛角、酸枣仁、五味子、郁金、甘草等组成)、聪脑益智胶囊(由远志、石菖蒲、人参、茯苓、肉桂、鹿角胶、川芎等组成)口服及针刺治疗,以3个月为1个周期,共进行2个周期治疗,以孤独症儿童ABC、CARS量表作为判定疗效的标准.结果 对照组和观察组患几经过2个周期的治疗,较治疗前均有差异性的改变,观察组患儿总有效率87.0％,较对照组65.2％疗效显著.结论 中药制剂从调理内脏出发滋阴熄风潜阳,聪脑益智,针刺舒经通络,启智开窍,配合现代康复疗法,总有效率明显比单纯康复治疗提升幅度大.%Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of childhood autism of the type of hyperactivity of heart-fire and liver-fire in TCM.Methods Selected 48 cases of autism children who met the inclusion criteria in our hospital,under the precondition of voluntary principles,they were randomly divided into two groups,control group mainly adopt modern rehabilitation items (sensory processing,music therapy,guiding education),on the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine that was produced by our hospital.Jingshuaikang capsule is composed of Tianma,Baishao,Shuiniujiao,Suanzaoren,Wuweizi,Yujin,Gancao.Congnao Yizhi capsule is composed of Yuanzhi,Shichangpu,Renshen,Fuling,Rougui,Lujiaojiao,Chuanxiaong.A total of two cycles of treatment were performed for a period of three months for a total of one cycles,the main outcome indicators for children with ABC,CARS scale.Results After two period of adherence treatment,children of control group and observation group have the difference of curative effect compare with before treatment.By comparison,the total effective rate of the observation group was 87.0％,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (65.2％).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine preparation from the conditioning of viscera,which has the effect of nourishing yin to extinguish wind and suppressing hyper-yang.Acupuncture has the effect of dredge meridian and develop intelligence.With modern rehabilitation therapy,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of simple rehabilitation treatment.
