首先通过微波烧结制备了孔隙率为5.5%的多孔ZrO2陶瓷基体,然后采用Mg-Al-Si系玻璃粉浆涂覆与多孔ZrO2陶瓷基体表面,研究不同玻璃渗透温度对ZrO2-玻璃复合陶瓷微观结构、抗弯强度和断裂韧性的影响.结果表明:渗透温度对ZrO2陶瓷基体的物相无影响,仍为基体的四方相ZrO2.随着渗透温度的增加,ZrO2-玻璃复合陶瓷的密度、抗弯强度、断裂韧性均整体先增加后降低,均在渗透温度1 300 ℃达到最大值,分别为5.91±0.035 g/cm3、565.870 MPa、14.791 MPa·m1/2,较多孔ZrO2陶瓷基体分别提高了2.6%、68%、74%.%In this paper,the porous ZrO2 ceramic substrate was prepared by microwave sintering.Then,Mg-Al-Si glass powder was coated on the surface of porous ZrO2 ceramic substrate.The effects of different glass-infiltrating temperature on the microstructure,flexural strength and fracture toughness of ZrO2-Glass composite were studied.The results show that the phase structure does not change of ZrO2 ceramic matrix with increasing the infiltrating temperature,still is tetragonal phase ZrO2.With increasing the glass-infiltrating temperature,the density,flexural strength and fracture toughness of the ZrO2-glass composite all first increased and then decreased.At 1 300 ℃ the mechanical performance reaches the best,which the density,flexural strength and fracture toughness are 5.91±0.035 g/cm3,568.870 MPa,14.791 MPa·m1/2,respectively,and compared to the porous ZrO2 ceramic matrix increased by 2.6%,68% and 74%,respectively.
