高职院校学生退学状况分析及对策研究

摘要

高职院校学生退学现象的普遍存在，对高职人才的培养质量带来了较大的负面影响。在对某高职院校学生退学情况进行调查的基础上，分析了高职生退学现象的类型及其产生的原因，提出了预防学生退学的相关对策和措施。%Ubiquity of higher vocational students'dropout has great negative impact on cultivating quality of higher vocational talents.Based on investigation on dropout status of some higher vo_cational college,this paper analyzes the types of higher vocational students'dropout and the cau_ses,and puts forward related countermeasures to prevent students'dropout.
