分析生产中纺丝机因定量水箱不易调节而致软水溢流或水量不足，以及淋洗小船不易定位准确影响丝条的洗涤效果，并提出改进方案，实现提质降耗。%Analysis of spinning machine in production caused by quantitative water tank is not easy to adjust and then lead to soft water flooding or water shortage. The boat of washing is not easy to locate accurately affects the effect of washing strips,so we puts forward the improvement in order to plan implement the mass consumption.
