新形势下大学生村官选聘创新机制研究

             

摘要

选聘高校毕业生到农村任职,是新时期党和国家着眼于加强三农工作而作出的一项具有长远战略意义的重大决策。随着大学生村官选聘制度的深入发展,实践中出现了违背选聘初衷、专业不对口、环境不适应等诸多问题,文章就大学生村官选聘机制展开思考并提出了很好的意见与建议。%Hiring college graduates to serve in the countryside is important and meaningful decisions for the party and the country focusing on strengthening agriculture ,rural areas and farmers work in the new period.With the further development of the system of college students applying village official , there occurred some problems in the practice such as: going against hiring intentions,professional mismatch,and environment does not adapt. In this paper, good opinions and suggestions are put forward in the college students village officer selection mechanism.
