基于TQM的工商管理专业学科建设研究

摘要

Total quality management (TQM) is an effective method to improve the quality of product and service. The strategy of TQM is applied in the course construction of Business Administration (BA)major, and a system about TQM in BA is proposed. According to PDCA, the schedule, implementation, monitor, and action system are combined effectively, and further a chain for improving the quality management is formed. Finally, the teaching quality can be enhanced continually.%全面质量管理（TQM）是提高产品/服务质量的有效方法。文章将TQM的核心思想应用于工商管理专业建设中，提出了工商管理专业全面质量运行体系。运用PDCA循环程序，把教学质量管理的计划系统、实施系统、监控系统和处理系统有机结合起来，形成可循环提高的质量管理链，促进了教学质量的不断改进和持续提高。
