提升水利工程档案管理水平的对策研究

摘要

Water project archives is the record carrier of the whole process of the water project engineering construction, which can be a true reflection of the situation of the water conservancy construction process. The archives can not only promote the construction of water project, process management and accident analysis work, also can be as reference for the development of later stage of the project construction, project research and construction technology. This paper first indicates the water project archives are of important significance in the construction of water project, points out the particularity of the water project archives. Then combined with the analysis of the actual work out a series of problems existing in the current water conservancy project file management, the paper proposes the corresponding archives management countermeasures against these problems.%水利工程档案是对水利工程建设整个过程进行记录的载体，能够真实地反映出水利建设过程中的各项情况，既可以推动水利工程建设、进程管理以及事故分析等工作的进行，还能够为后期工程建设、工程研究及建设技术的发展起到借鉴作用。文章首先介绍了水利档案在水利工程建设中的重要意义，指出水利工程档案的特殊性，然后结合实际工作分析当前水利工程档案管理中存在的一系列问题，并针对这些问题提出相应的提升档案管理的对策。
