To provide a data management level determination program and a data management level determination method capable of performing automatic determination of a management level for information protection.SOLUTION: A computer 10 acquires data 2a to 2d in which values are set in at least some of one or more items from devices 1a to 1c connected via a network. Next, the computer 10 determines, based on an item name of each of one or more items of data 2a to 2d, and the presence/absence of setting of a value for each of one or more items, a management level to be applied to the data 2a to 2d among a plurality of management levels having different countermeasure strengths for information protection.
