目的 体外评价常温流动牙胶(GuttaFlow)对牙根抗折裂性能的影响.方法 60颗单根管下颌前磨牙沿釉牙骨质界截去牙冠,随机分为四组,分别以常温流动牙胶(A组)、连续波热牙胶(B组)和冷牙胶侧压(C组)充填根管,对照组(D组)不做任何处理.再将标本制成标准试件,置于万能测试机上,垂直、静态加压至折裂,记录折裂瞬间的压力值.结果 D组压力平均值明显高于A、B、C组(P<0.05),但A、B、C三组之间差异无统计学意义.结论 常温流动牙胶充填后的牙齿抗压力能力与连续波热牙胶充填法或冷牙胶侧压法充填的牙齿无明显差异.%Objective To evaluate the influence of the root reinforcement filled with GuttaFlow on fracture resistance in vitro. Methods Sixty single-canal mandible premolars were cutted along enamelo-cemental junction and randomly divided into 4 groups of D(blank control), A( filled with GuttaFlow) ,B(filled with continuous wave condensation technique) and C( filled with cold lateral condensation technique). Universal test machine was utilized to analyze reinforcement. Results There was no significant difference in the mean force at fracture in groups of A,B and C,but which were all less than that in group D. Conclusion There is no significant difference inthe fracture resistance of the root reinforcement filled with GuttaFlow and with continuous wave condensation or cold lateral condensation.
