目的：评价常温流动牙胶GuttaFlow 用于磨牙一次性根管治疗术后的急性反应及疗效。方法：将102名牙髓炎患者的325个根管随机分为GuttaFlow组（n＝163）和碧蓝糊剂组（对照组， n＝162）。常规根管预备后，分别用GuttaFlow与碧蓝糊剂进行一次性根管充填，观察术后2组充填情况并随访7 d内急性反应及1年后临床疗效。结果：GuttaFlow组即刻充填质量、7 d内术后反应率优于对照组（P＜0．05）；1年疗效两者无显著差异（ P＞0．05）。结论：常温流动牙胶GuttaFlow对牙髓炎一次性根充术后反应小，且1年内疗效可靠。%AIM:To determine the clinical outcome of single-visit root canal therapy with GuttaFlow in mo-lar root canal therapy .METHODS:102 molars with 325 root canals were treated by single-visit filling with GuttaFlow (163 canals) and deep blue cataplasm(162 canals) respectivey.Quality of filling was assessed using radiograph .The pain intensity within 1 week after treatment and the therapeutic outcome were evaluated by 12-month follow-up. RESUTS:Radiographic scores of root filling quality of Gutteflow group were significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05).No significant difference was observed between the 2 groups at 1 year follow -up (P>0.05). CONCLUSION:Single-visit root canal therapy using GuttaFlow technique result in less postoperative reaction and may produce reliable therapeutic outcome in 1 year.
