肋间神经冷冻临床应用效果的Meta分析

摘要

Objective To access the clinic effect of intercostal nerve freezing.Methods Databases including CBM, CNKI, Google search engine and VIP were searched using index words cryoanalgesia, intercostal nerve freezing, thoracotomy and analgesia.Literatures with randomized controlled trials and related to intercostal nerve freezing were included.Software RevMan 5 was used for Meta-analysis.Results Nineteen literatures were included.In contrast with injection of analgesic group,study showed that the effect of analgesia after thoracotomy was better in intercostal nerve freezing group.In contrast with patient-controlled group, there was no statistical difference in analgesia,but intercostal nerve freezing group had a lower rate of adverse drug reactions.Conclusion Analgesia after thoracotomy with intercostal nerve freezing is superior to conventional injection methods with less adverse drug reactions.%目的 评价肋问神经冷冻在国内的临床应用疗效.方法 采用电子数据中国生物医学数据库(CBM)、中文期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、Google搜索引擎和维普中文科技期刊数据库,检索词包括"肋间神经冷冻","开胸术","镇痛";搜索有关开胸术后肋间神经冷冻镇痛的随机对照试验,提取数据进行Meta分析,统计软件采用RevMan 5.结果 共纳入文献19篇,分析后显示肋间神经冷冻组较肌肉注射组镇痛效果好;肋间神经冷冻组和镇痛泵组的镇痛效果没有统计学差异,而肋间神经冷冻组的镇痛不良反应的发生率低.结论 肋间神经冷冻的镇痛效果好,可减少应用镇痛药物带来的不良反应.
