术后替莫唑胺联合三维适形放疗治疗高级别胶质细胞瘤的疗效

摘要

目的 探讨术后替莫唑胺( TMZ)联合三维适形放疗治疗高级别胶质细胞瘤的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析30例行术后三维适形放疗的高级别胶质细胞瘤患者的临床资料.患者分为观察组(20例,放疗联合TMZ化疗)和对照组(10例,仅行放疗),比较其近期疗效及生存率.结果 观察组近期临床缓解率及1、2年生存率分别为75％(15/20)、70％(14/20)、45％(9/20),明显高于对照组的40％(4/10)、40％(4/10)、20％(2/10)(P＜0.05).结论 术后TMZ联合三维适形放疗治疗高级别胶质细胞瘤疗效优于单用放疗.%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of postoperative temozolomide combined with three dimensional conformal radiation therapy(3DCRT) in high grade gliomas. Methods Data of 30 cases with high grade gliomas were retrospectively analyzed, who after operation were divided into two groups of A(20 cases, treated with temozolomide combined with 3DCRT) and B(10 cases, treated with 3DCRT alone). The short-term clinical efficacy and survival rate were compared. Results The short-term complete remission rate and 1- and 2-year survivals rates in group A were 75%(15/20),70%(14/20) and 45% (9/20) , respectively, which were higher than 40%(4/10),40% (4/10)and 20%(2/10) in group B(P<0. 05). Conclusion Temozolomide combined with 3DCRT is better than 3DCRT alone in treating human high grade gliomas after surgery.
