结肠癌组织中HIF-1α的表达及生物学意义

摘要

目的 研究缺氧诱导因子1α(HIF -1α)在结肠癌中的表达及临床意义.方法 应用免疫组化技术检测68例结肠癌组织和10例癌旁组织中HIF-1α的表达,分析HIF-1α表达水平高低与临床病理特征的相关性.结果 HIF-1α阳性染色于细胞质和细胞核,在结肠癌组织表达率为44％,在癌旁组织不表达.HIF-1α高表达与肿瘤TNM分期(P＜0.01)和转移显著相关(P＜0.05),但与患者年龄、性别及肿瘤大小无相关性.结论 HIF-1α在结肠癌发病过程中可能起重要的作用,可作为结肠癌预后判断及淋巴结转移监测的有价值指标之一.%Objective To investigate the expression and significance of hypoxia-inducible factor lalpha ( HIF-la) in colon cancer. Methods The expression of HIF-la was examined by immunohistichemistry in colon cancer tissues(68 cases) and tumor-adjacent normal tissues(10 cases). The correlation of HIF-la expression in colon cancer with clinicopathologic features was analyzed. Results HIF-lo positive staining was observed both on membrane surfaces and in the cytoplasm of tumor cells. The positive expression rate of HIF-la was 44% in colon tumor tissues, which was not expressed in the tumor-adjacent tissues. The higher expression of HIF-la was significantly correlated with TNM stage and metastasis ( P<0. 05), but not significantly correlated with age. sex and tumor size. Conclusion HIF-la might play an important role in the carcinogenesis of colon cancer and could be a valuable marker in evaluating the prognosis and predicting the metastasis of colon cancer.
