Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay(ECLIA) for the detection of cytomegalovirus(CMV)-IgM in the diagnosis of CMV infection in pregnant women. Methods The serum samples collected from 185 pregnant women were examined for CMV-IgM by ECLIA and ELISA methods, respectively. The clinical application value was analyzed. Results The detection rates of CMV-IgM by ECLIA and ELISA methods were 8. 81 % and 9. 73%,respectively(P>0. 05). Compared with ELISA method,the sensitivity and specificity of ECLIA method for CMV-IgM were 77.8% and 98. 8%, respectively, and the accordance rate was 96. 8%. Conclusions ECLIA method is quick for the detection of CMV-IgM in pregnant women, which has high sensitivity and specificity, and is suitable for screening and confirmatory test for large number of clinical samples.%目的 探讨电化学发光免疫分析法(ECLIA)检测CMV-IgM对孕妇CMV感染的诊断价值.方法 185例孕妇血清标本分别应用ECLIA法及ELISA法进行CMV-IgM检测,分析ECLIA法检测CMV感染的临床应用价值.结果 185例,ELISA及ECLIA检测CMV-IgM阳性率分别为9.73%和8.81%(P>0.05).与ELISA法比较,ECLIA法的相对灵敏度为77.8%,特异度为98.8%,两种方法检测结果符合率为96.8%.结论 ECLIA法检测CMV-IgM是一种敏感、特异、快速的检测方法,适用于临床大批量样本快速筛查.
