目的 探索五年制高职护理专业学生专业能力评价的内容和方式.方法 以座谈和问卷调查方法对无锡市等四座城市的五年制高职护理专业学生专业能力的评价系统进行调查.结果 在专业能力评价项目中,专业技能所占的百分比最高;在专业知识评价中,专业基础知识比相关专业知识所占百分比高;在专业技能评价项目中,日常操作所占百分比较高;在专业素质评价项目中,交往合作能力所占比例最高,其次是职业道德.结论 现行的五年制高职护理专业学生专业能力评价存在着一系列问题.探索五年制高职学生专业能力评价的内容和方式,完善并构建新型具有五年制高职护理学生专业能力的发展性评价模式是亟待解决的问题.%Objective To investigate the contents and methods in evaluating the five-year higher vocational students' professional ability.Methods With discussion survey and questionnaire investigation,the investigation of the system for evaluating the five-year higher vocational students' professional ability was performed in four cities including Wuxi city.Results In the professional ability evaluation project,the professional skills accounted for the highest percentage.In the professional knowledge evaluation project,the professional knowledge accounted for higher percentage than profession-related knowledge.In the professional skill appraisal project,the daily operation accounted for the highest percentage.In the professional quality evaluation project,the ability of communication and cooperation accounted for the highest percentage,which was followed by occupation moral.Conclusion The five-year higher vocational nursing students' professional ability evaluation system currently used has many problems.It is urgent to establish an new system with the suitable content and model for evaluating the five-year higher vocational students' professional ability.
