脂肪来源基质血管组分对难愈性创面愈合的影响

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of adipose‐derived stromal vascular fraction(SVF) in treating refractory wounds .Methods Thirty patients with refractory wounds were treated with SVF (group A ,12 cases ) or conventional treatment (group B ,18 cases ) .The wound healing was compared between two groups .Results Compared with group B ,the healing time was shorter[(37.6 ± 18.2) days vs .(62.4 ± 25.2) days](P<0 .05) ,the rates of wound healing in the 4th and 8th week were higher [(87.5 ± 20.7)% vs .(55.7 ± 27.2)% and (99.0 ± 2.9)% vs .(86.9 ± 16.3)% ](P<0 .05) in group A .Conclusion The adipose‐derived SVF can significantly promote the healing of refractory wounds .%目的观察脂肪来源基质血管组分（SVF）治疗难愈性创面的效果。方法分别应用SVF（试验组，12例）和常规换药（对照组，18例）治疗难愈性创面，比较两组创面愈合情况。结果与对照组比较，试验组创面愈合时间短[（37.6±18.2）dvs．（62.4±25.2）d]（P＜0．05），术后4周和8周创面愈合率高[（87.5±20.7）％ vs ．（55.7±27.2）％和（99.0±2.9）％ vs ．（86.9±16.3）％]（P＜0．05）。结论脂肪来源的SVF能有效促进难愈性创面的愈合。
