泡沫硬化剂联合腔内激光闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the foam hardening agent combined with intracavity laser closure in surgical treatment of varicose vein .Methods Sixty-five patients with varicose vein of lower extremities were treated with the foam hardening agent combined with intracavity laser closure (group A ,32 cases) or conventional high ligation and stripping (group B , 33 cases) .The operation time and outcomes of surgery were compared between two groups .Results The operation time was less in group A than that in group B[(46.4 ± 13.6) minutes vs .(86.3 ± 20.1) minutes](P<0 .05) .Group A had less ecchymosis ,induration and sensory disturbance compared to group B(P<0 .05) .The scores of quality of life questionnaire (CIVIQ ) and venous clinical severity score(VCSS) were improved after surgery in both groups ,which in the 3rd month after operation were better in group A than those in group B(P<0 .05) .Conclusion The foam hardening agent combined with intracavity laser closure in surgical treatment of varicose vein of lower extremities is quite effective ,which is better than conventional ligation and stripping in shortening operation time and improving VCSS and quality of life in the early postoperation time .%目的 观察泡沫硬化剂联合腔内激光闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效.方法 下肢静脉曲张患者65例,分别采用泡沫硬化剂联合腔内激光闭合术(微创组,32例)和传统高位结扎剥脱术(对照组,33例)治疗.比较两组手术时间和临床效果.结果 微创组手术时间较对照组短[(46.4±13.6)min vs.(86.3±20.1)min](P<0.05),微创组术后发生皮下瘀斑硬结、皮肤感觉障碍较对照组少(P<0.05).两组术后生活质量调查表(CIVIQ)和静脉临床严重程度评分(VCSS)均较术前改善(P<0.05);术后3个月,微创组CIVIQ和VCSS评分较对照组改善更为明显(P<0.05).结论 泡沫硬化剂联合腔内激光闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张疗效确切,较传统高位结扎剥脱术手术时间短,患者术后早期生活质量和症状体征改善明显.
