中草药添加剂对猪育肥性能和肉质的影响

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of Chinese herb additives on fattening performance and meat quality of pigs. Seventy two crossbred piglets (DurocxLandrace×Yorkshire) were divided into four groups with three replicate for each group. Groupsl and 2 were fed with two different compound Chinese herb additives, respectively, and group 3 was fed with antibiotic additives(oxytetracycline). Control group were fed with basal diet. The percentage of the additive was 2.00%. Fattening performances and meat quality traits were recorded after slaughter. Compared to antibiotic group, Chinese herb feed additives significantly increased daily gain, marbling rating, loin eye area (P<0. 05) , and crude fat content (P<0.01), and decreased water loss rate. In conclusion, the diet added with Chinese herb additives can improve fattening performance and meat quality of pigs effectively.%为了探素在育肥猪日粮中添加中草药对育肥和肉质性状的影响,选择杜长大三元杂交仔猪72头,分为4组,每组18头,公母各半,组内设3个重复、每个重复6头试验猪.试验1组和2组分别在基础日粮中添加不同成分的复方中草药添加剂,添加比例为2.00％；试验3组在日粮中添加100mg/kg土霉素；试验4组是对照组,饲喂基础日粮.饲养100d,测定试验猪生长育肥性状和肉质性状.结果表明:与抗生素组相比,添加2种中草药添加剂均可以显著提高日增重、肌肉大理石纹评分和眼肌面积(P＜0.05),并极显著降低失水率(P＜0.01),增加肌肉粗脂肪含量(P＜0.01).可见,饲料中添加中草药添加剂可以有效提高育肥性能,改善猪肉品质.
