20-羟基蜕皮甾酮对异色瓢虫幼虫的活力和保护酶活性的影响

     

摘要

为研究20-羟基蜕皮甾酮(20E)对异色瓢虫[Harmonia axyridis Pallas]的影响,选取了0.1 mg/L、0.5mg/L、1.0 mg/L、5.0 mg/L、10.0 mg/L的20E,处理异色瓢虫4龄幼虫,观察20E对幼虫存活量和捕食量以及幼虫体内超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶等保护酶的影响.结果表明:0.1 mg/L和0.5 mg/L 20E处理时,异色瓢虫4龄幼虫的存活状态、捕食量以及2种保护酶受到的影响不显著,认为这两个浓度对异色瓢虫4龄幼虫安全.20E处理浓度为1.0 mg/L、5.0 mg/L、10.0 mg/L时,对异色瓢虫4龄幼虫的各项试验指标产生了严重的不良影响,认为1.0mg/L及以上浓度的20E对异色瓢虫幼虫不安全.%Totally five different concentrations between 0. 1 mg/L and 10. 0 mg/L, of 20-hydroxyecdysone (20E) was chosen to treat the 4th instar larvae of Harmonia axyridis Pallas, and the larvae survival rate, predation and activities of su-peroxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) were measured. 0. 1 mg/L and 0. 5 mg/L 20E did not show significant effect on the larvae survival, predation and activities of SOD and POD of larvae, suggesting that 0. 1 mg/L and 0. 5 mg/L 20E were safe to the 4th instar larvae. 1. 0 mg/L or higher concentration was considered to be unsafe to the larvae, since the survival rate, predation and enzyme acitities were extremely lowered by the treatment.
