试论医疗技术劳务价值的定价标准及医用耗材价格的科学归类

2012版规范(《全国医疗服务价格项目规范(2012版)》以下简称新项目规范))实施在即，标志着新一轮的医疗服务价格改革的正式启动。成本是医疗项目价格制定的基础，如何合理体现技术劳务价值，如何对医用材料进行科学归类，是医疗服务价格制定中要处理好的两大重要因素。医疗项目中的人员成本要突出医疗技术劳务价值，医用耗材应区分为低值耗材和“除外内容”并分别作价。%“The National Standards of Medical Services Price (2012 Edition)” ( hereinafter referred to as “The New Project Standards”) will soon be put into effect, marking the official launch of a new round of price reform for medical services. The cost is the basis of medical project price formulation. How to reasonably reflect the technical value of services and how to make scientific classification of medical materials are the two important factors in deciding the price of medical services. The staff costs of medical projects should highlight the value of medical technology services, medical supplies should be divided into low value consumables and "excluded matters" and pricing respectively.
