在新形势下,国有专业外贸公司的垄断地位已经丧失,面对人民币升值、金融危机等复杂的环境,江苏国有专业外贸公司如何进行转型升级是一个值得思考的问题。本文初步分析了江苏国有专业外贸公司发展情况,提出了江苏国有专业外贸公司发展的对策和建议。%These days, the monopoly status of the state-owned professional foreign trade companies has faded away out of the complicated surroundings, such as the appreciation of RMB and financial crisis. Therefore, it is high time those state-owned professional foreign trade companies thought about how to implement their transformation and upgrading. Primarily speaking, this paple anaylzes the current situation of these receding enterprises of Jiangsu and then lists some suggestions for them to turn things around.
