腹腔镜全子宫切除术中使用新型结扎束血管闭合系统并积极给予全面护理干预的效果

摘要

Objective To analyze the effect of application of a new wound bundle vascular closure system in laparoscopic hysterectomy and comprehensive nursing care.Methods 70 patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy at our hospital from February,2018 to February,2019 were selected as observation objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group,35 cases for each group.Both groups adopted a new type of ligature vascular closure system.The observation group took a comprehensive nursing intervention and strengthened cleaning and maintenance work around the patients' care before,during,and after the operation.The control group were given routine nursing measures during the perioperative period.The surgical related indicators and the incidence of complications were observed and compared between these two groups.Results The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,and hospitalization time were (43.36± 10.15)min,(53.14±18.59) ml,(5.05±2.18) in the observation group,and were (60.52±15.47) min,(98.87±24.70) ml,(6.44±3.10) d in the control group,with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 2.86％ in the observation group,and was 22.86％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Application of a new wound bundle vascular closure system in laparoscopic hysterectomy and comprehensive nursing care can reduce the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative complications,and hospitalization time.%目的 分析腹腔镜全子宫切除术中使用新型结扎束血管闭合系统并积极给予全面护理干预的效果.方法 随机选取2018年2月至2019年2月于本院行腹腔镜全子宫切除术治疗的患者70例作为观察对象,随机数字分组方式分成对照组和观察组,各35例.两组均采取新型结扎束血管闭合系统,观察组采取全面护理干预,围绕患者术前、术中、术后护理以及对新型结扎束血管闭合系统加强清洁与保养工作,对照组则在围术期给予常规护理措施,观察对比两组手术相关指标以及并发症发生率.结果 观察组手术时间(43.36± 10.15) min、术中出血量(53.14±18.59)ml、住院时间(5.05±2.18)d,均明显低于对照组的(60.52±15.47)min、(98.87±24.70)ml、(6.44±3.10)d,差异均具有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率2.86％,明显低于对照组的22.86％,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 腹腔镜全子宫切除术中使用新型结扎束血管闭合系统并积极给予全面护理干预,手术时间短、术中出血量少,可降低患者术后并发症,有效缩短患者住院时间.
