RXRB基因rs2076310位点多态性与广东省汉族人群2型糖尿病的相关性研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the relationship between RXRB rs2076310 polymorphism and genetic susceptibility to type 2 diabetes mellitus in Chinese Han in Guangdong.Methods A case-control study was employed.The genotype of RXRB rs2076310 polymorphism in 1 092 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 1 092 normal controls was detected by SNPscanTM,the differences of the genotype data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software.Results There were no statistically significant differences in allele frequency and genotype frequency of RXRB rs2076310 between the case and control (P＞0.05).Before and after adjustment for age,gender,and BMI,there was no statistically significant difference in genetic models in rs2076310 between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion RXRB rs2076310 may be not correlated with genetic susceptibility to T2DM in Chinese Han in Guangdong.%目的 探讨类视黄醇X受体β(RXRB)基因rs2076310位点多态性与广东省汉族人群2型糖尿病(T2DM)易感性的相关性.方法 采用病例对照研究设计纳入1 092例T2DM患者和1 092名健康对照,运用SNPscanTM技术对RXRB基因rs2076310位点的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)进行分型检测,并对两组间分型结果进行统计分析.结果 RXRB基因rs2076310位点的等位基因频率和基因型频率在T2DM患者和对照间分布差异均无统计学意义(均P＞ 0.05),并且在不同遗传模型中两组间基因型分布比较差异均无统计学意义(均P＞ 0.05).结论 广东省汉族人群T2DM患者易感性与RXRB基因rs2076310位点多态性不具有相关性.
