应用红蓝光联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗痤疮的临床效果探讨

摘要

目的 探讨应用红蓝光联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗痤疮的临床效果.方法 选取2016年9月至2017年10月期间本院皮肤科门诊收治的122例痤疮患者,采取抽签法将所有患者随机分为两组,各61例.对照组接受红蓝光治疗,观察组在此基础上应用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果和不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组治疗总有效率93.44％明显高于对照组83.61％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组患者均出现局部不良反应,症状轻微可耐受,不影响继续治疗,观察组患者不良反应发生率8.20％低于对照组9.84％,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 应用红蓝光联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗痤疮疗效确切,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To explore the clinical effect of red-blue light combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel in the treatment of acne.Methods 122 patients with acne treated at our hospital from September,2016 to October,2017 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,61 cases for each group.The control group were treated with red-blue light,and the observation group with redblue light and recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel.The treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group (93.44％ vs.83.61％),with a statistical difference (P＜0.05).Both groups had local adverse reactions,but the symptoms were mild and tolerable and did not affect the continuation of treatment.There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (8.20％ vs.9.84％,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Red-blue light combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel in the treatment of acne is effective,safe,and reliable,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
