目的 评价65 μm甘氨酸喷砂对青少年固定矫治患者口腔卫生维护的临床效果.方法 选取2014年1月于本院口腔科就诊的固定矫治患者32例,采用左右半口自身对照.实验组在固定矫治治疗的6个月、12个月、18个月后定期采用65μm的甘氨酸喷砂,平时采用常规刷牙法;对照组仅平时采用常规刷牙法.矫治后每阶段喷砂前1周进行口腔卫生检查和牙菌斑指数进行比较.结果 正畸治疗6个月后,实验组菌斑染色指数为(1.48±0.34),牙龈指数为(0.15±0.02),对照组分别为(1.52±0.36)、(0.15±0.08),两组比较差异均无统计学意义;正畸治疗12个月后,实验组菌斑染色指数为(1.54±0.34),牙龈指数为(0.15±0.06),对照组分别为(1.54±0.34)、(0.18±0.07),实验组显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05);正畸治疗18个月后,实验组菌斑染色指数为(1.39±0.36),牙龈指数为(0.15±0.01),对照组分别为(1.94±0.24)、(0.20±0.10),实验组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05).结论 甘氨酸喷砂能够减少菌斑附着,维持固定正畸患者的口腔卫生状况,可作为正畸治疗常规开展项目.%Objective To evaluate the effect of 65μm glycine powder air-polishing on oral hygiene maintenance in orthodontic patients with fixed appliances.Methods 32 patients taking orthodontics at Wuxi Third People's Hospital in January,2014 were selected.Self-contrast between left and right half teeth was applied.Both groups brushed teeth routinely;and the experimental group were treated with 65μm glycine powder air-polishing 6,12,and 18 months after orthodontics.Oral hygiene examination was taken and the dental plaque indexes were compared 1 week before the treatment with glycine powder.Results 6,12,and 18 months after orthodontics,the plaque index and gingival index were (1.48±0.34) and (0.15±0.02),(1.54±0.34) and (0.15±0.06),and (1.39±0.36) and (0.15±0.01) in the experimental group,and were (1.52±0.36) and (0.15±0.08),(1.54±0.34) and (0.18±0.07),and (1.94±0.24) and (0.20±0.10) in the control group,with statistical differences between these two groups (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Glycine powder air-polishing can reduce the adhesion of plaque and maintain the patients' oral hygiene,so it can be used as routine treatment for orthodontics.
