Objective To analyze and explore the effect ofpedoperative nursing intervention on neonatal esophageal atresia treated by correction under thoracoscopy.Methods 50 cases of neonatal esophageal atresia treated by correction thoracoscopy at our hospital from February,2017 to March,2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,25 cases for each group.Routine perioperative nursing and comprehensive perioperative nursing were used respectively.Results The clinical cured rate was significantly higher,the hospitalization time was significantly shorter,and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group,with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of neonatal esophageal atresia with thoracoscopy,strengthening perioperative nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical cured rate,reduce postoperative complications,and shorten hospitalization time.%目的 分析探讨围手术期护理干预对胸腔镜下新生儿食道闭锁纠治术的影响.方法 选取本院2017年2月至2018年3月收治的接受胸腔镜治疗的50例新生儿食道闭锁患儿,将其随机分成对照组和实验组,各25例;分别采用围手术期常规护理和围手术期综合护理.结果 实验组临床治愈率显著高于对照组,住院时间显著短于对照组,术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论 在采用胸腔镜治疗新生儿食道闭锁息儿时,加强围手术期护理干预能显著提高临床治愈率,减少术后并发症,缩短住院时间.
