从脾虚湿阻辨证治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫87例疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察中医辨证治疗脾虚湿阻型糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效.方法 将167例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为治疗组87例,对照组80例,两组均保持原糖尿病基础治疗.治疗组予益气健脾、燥湿和胃中药汤剂口服,对照组予多潘立酮片口服.结果 治疗组总有效率94.3%,对照组总有效率82.5%,两组总有效率比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 从脾虚湿阻辨证治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效满意,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To observe clinical efficacy on diabetes gastroparesis by Spleen Deficiency and Dampness typing based on TCM(traditional Chinese medicine)syndrome differentiation.Methods 167 patients with diabetec gastroparesis were randomly divided into treatment group(87 cases)and control group(80 cases).Both groups maintained the original foundation of diabetes treatment,and treatment group was given Chinese medicine based reinforcing qi strength spleen and eliminating dampness harmonizing stomach,the control group was given domperidone orally.Results The total effective rate was 94.3% in the treatment group and 82.5% in the control group,which showed significant difference.Conclusion The treatment of diabetec gastroparesis with traditional Chinese medicine by Spleen Deficiency and Dampness typing is effective and worthy of clinical application.
