肝纤维化血清标志物在肝病中的诊断价值

摘要

Objective To study the diagnostic value of serum marker for hepatic fibrosis in patients with hepatic diseases,Methods The serum levels of PC Ⅲ,IV-C and LN of 148 patients with various liver diseases were detected by RIA method.Results The serum concertration of PC Ⅲ in patients with CAH,LC,HCC was significantly higher than that in normal control(P 0.05).The serum levels of IV.C and LN were significantly elevated in patients with CPH,CAH,LC and HCC (P0.05);血清IV型胶原及层粘连蛋白含量在慢性肝炎、肝硬化及肝癌中均有不同程度的升高(P<0.01),尤以肝硬化组升高显著.结论 Ⅲ型前胶原,IV型胶原及层粘连蛋白血清含量的联合检测可作为监测肝纤维化的发生与发展的较好指标.
