Objective To explorethe clinical value of unsedated transnasal gastroscopy. Methods The vital signs,tolerance and biopsy data of 175 patients underwent unsedated transnasal gastroscopy in our hospital were analyzed. Results Among 175 cases, there were no discernible effect on patient' s heart rate, blood pressure and degree of blood oxygen saturation. All patients had good tolerance.175 examples by a complete review of cases (97.2%) with a complete look into the mirror,the 175 example,pathological and correspond to the performance of the 161 example (92.2%). Conclusion The unsedated transnasal gastroscopy can be performed in non-sedating situation ,and it is safe and feasible for the elder patients with difficulty in opening mouth or cardiac insufficiency, and for the patients scared of conventional endoscope. But the uncomfortable feel or bleeding of nasals is the insufficiency.%目的 探讨非镇静下经鼻电子胃镜在临床中的应用价值.方法 回顾分析我院175例非镇静下行经鼻电子胃镜检查的患者在术中的生命体征、耐受情况及病理活检资料.结果 175例患者的心率、血压、脉搏血氧饱和度均无明显影响;耐受性和配合程度好,所有患者均能顺利完成检查,175例完成经鼻检查全过程,其中170例(97.2%)一次性进镜完成检查,活检175例,病理与镜下表现相符161例(92.2%).结论 非镇静下经鼻电子胃镜可在不使刚镇静剂情况下进行操作,对张口困难、心功能不全的老年患者、惧怕常规胃镜的病人适用,且安全,但不足之处是易引起鼻部不适或出血,某些患者开展镜下治疗困难.
