术中术后联合胆道镜液电碎石术治疗肝内胆管结石疗效观察

摘要

目的 探讨术中术后联合胆道镜液电碎石治疗肝内胆管结石方法和疗效.方法 对35例肝内胆管结石患者施行胆总管切开取石.左肝外叶切除为主,配合术中、术后胆道镜下液电碎石观察其效果.结果 全组术后残石率2.86%,无手术死亡.结论 对肝内胆管结石实施术中术后联合胆道镜液电碎石的个体化手术治疗方案,是治疗肝内胆管结石、降低术后残石率的有效方法.%Objective To explore the method and efficacy of intraoperative and postoperative cholangioscopy combinated with electrohydraulic lithotripsy in the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones. Method Thirty-five patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones underwent choledocholithotomy, which mainly cut off the left lateral lobectomy of the liver and coordinated with intraoperative and postoperative biliary endoscopic electrohydraulic lithotripsy. Result The residual stone rate of whole group is 2.86%, and no operative mortality. Conclusion The individualized therapeutic regimen which intraoperative and postoperative cholangioscopy combinated with electrohydraulic lithotripsy in treating patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones is an effective method for treating intrahepatic bile duct stones and reducing the rate of postopera-rntive residual stones.
