重建钢板内固定与克氏针内固定治疗锁骨骨折的疗效比较

摘要

Objective To investigate the curative effect of reconstruction plate fixation in treatment of clavicle fractures,and compare that with the treatment of kirschner fixation.Methods Fortyeight cases of clavicular fracture were divided into reconstruction plate fixation group (A=24) and Kirschner fixation group (B=24) according to different methods.Compared the clinical efficacy of two groups after treatment.Results The total effect tare of A group (91.7％) was significantly better than that of B group (70.8％) (P＜0.05); and the incidence of postoperative complications in A group (8.3％) was significantly lower than that of B group (25.0％) (P＜0.05).Conclusion Comparing with Kirschner fixation,the reconstruction plate fixation has a better effect and lower incidence of postoperative complications in treatment of clavicle fractures.%目的 探讨应用重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效,并与克氏针内固定治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效进行比较.方法 48例锁骨骨折患者根据固定方法不同分为重建钢板内固定组(A组=24例)和克氏针内固定组(B组=24例),比较两组的临床疗效.结果 A组治疗总有效率(91.7％)明显优于B组(70.8％)(P＜0.05),且A组术后并发症发生率(8.3％)明显低于B组(25.0％)(P＜0.05).结论 重建钢板内固定较克氏针内固定治疗锁骨骨折疗效确切,术后并发症发生率低.
