Objective To observe the relationship of the Hs-TSH and prognosis of GD with ATD. Methods 136 GD patients with ATD were retrospectively analyzed. The rate of recurrence were comppared after treatment 1 year, 2 year and 3 year. To observe the relationship of the Hs-TSH and recurrence of GD with ATD. Results The rate of recurrence is 15.3%, 3.5% and 1.3% after treatment 1year in TSH decreasing group, TSH normal group and TSH increasing group, Compared the there grous were statistically significant (P＜ 0.01). The rate of recurrence is same in TSH normal group and TSH increasing group after treatment 3 year, whitch is lower than the TSH decreasing group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Hs-TSH can be regarded an index to judge the prognosis treated with ATD.%目的 分析Hs-TSH维持水平与ATD治疗Graves病甲亢预后的关系.方法 对ATD治疗136例Graves病进行了回顾性分析,观察停药1年、2年及3年甲亢的复发率,分析Hs-TSH维持水平与复发率的关系.结果 ATD治疗停药后1年,甲亢的复发率分别是:TSH减低组15.3%,TSH正常组3.5%,TSH增高组1.3%,相比有统计学意义.停药后3年,复发率TSH正常组与TSH增高组相当,且明显低于TSH减低组(P＜0.05).结论 血清Hs-TSH值可以作为判断ATD治疗预后的一个良好指标.
