目的 探讨解剖钢板治疗复杂肱骨近端骨折的方法及临床疗效.方法 回顾分析我院2001年1月-2008年12月收治并有随防的30例采用手术切开复位解剖钢板内固定治疗3、4部分复杂性肱骨近端骨折的手术方法及治疗效果.结果 经随访9～28个月(平均14个月),30例3、4部分骨折患者疗效按Neer分类及评分标准评估优23例,良5例,可2例,优良率达90%,无切口感染、骨折不愈合及肱骨头缺血性坏死发生.结论 对复杂性肱骨近端骨折采用解剖钢板内固定能得到良好效果.%Objective To analyze the clinical application and efficacy of anatomical plate in the treatment of complicated proximal humeral fractures. Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out to 30 cases in our hospital from January 2001 to December 2008, for analyzing surgical methods and treatment effect by surgical incision anatomical repositioning plate fixation treatment of part 3, 4 complexity proximal humeral fractures. Results Followed-up 9 to 28 months (14 months as average), all the 30 patients were assessed by the Neer classification and assessment criteria, 23 cases recovered excellently,good in 5 cases and common in 2 cases, the fine rate was 90%, no wound infection, fracture nonunion and humeral head avascular necrosis occurred. Conclusion The anatomical plate fixation can be used to treat complex proximal humerus fractures with good results.
