传统阴式全子宫切除术加阴道前后壁修补术在盆腔脏器脱垂治疗中的优越性

摘要

目的 探讨阴式全子宫切除术加阴道前后壁修补术在子宫脱垂治疗中的优点.方法 选择2008年1月至2011年5月在我院妇科治疗的子宫Ⅱ度及以上脱垂的患者56例,随机分为两组,A组行阴式全子宫切除术加阴道前后壁修补术,B组行腹式子宫切除术加阴道前后壁修补术.分析两组患者手术疗效并随访患者的术后生活质量.结果 两组手术均顺利完成,A组患者在术中出血量、肛门排气时间、住院天数方面优于B组;A组发生术中并发症1例,B组无一例术中并发症.手术后两组患者症状均明显改善,但术后1年B组复发2例,A组无一例复发.结论 阴式全子宫切除术加阴道前后壁修补术用于治疗子宫脱垂简单、有效、安全.%Objective To investigate the superiority of total vaginal hysterectomy combined with colporrhaphia anterior-posterior repair in the treatment of uterine prolapsed.Methods From January 2008 to May 2011 in our hospital,56 cases of uterine Ⅱ degree of prolapsed were randomly divided into group A and group B,group A was treated with total vaginal hysterectomy combined with colporrhaphia anterior-posterior repair,group B received total abdominal hysterectomy combined with colporrhaphia anterior-posterior repair.We analyzed efficacy and postoperative quality of life of two groups.Results Two groups were successful,group A was better than group B,the intraoperative blood loss,exhaust time and average hospitalization time had statistical significant differences(P＜ 0.05).One-year recurrence rate of Group A was lower than that of group B,which was statistically significantly different(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The total vaginal hysterectomy combined with colporrhaphia anterior-posterior repair in prolapsed uterus is simple,effective and safe.
