微波热凝和雾化吸入两种方法对慢性增生性咽炎治疗的疗效

摘要

目的 观察分析微波热凝与雾化吸入这两种方法治疗慢性增生性咽炎的临床效果及安全性.方法 将我院40例患者随机分为对照组和实验组两组.两组均采取常规消炎药物进行对症治疗,实验组在常规治疗的基础上采取微波热凝疗法进行治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上采取雾化吸入疗法进行治疗,对比两种疗法的临床疗效.结果 实验组总有效率为95.00％,显著高于对照组的有效率65.00％(P＜0.05),而且实验组患者所产生的并发症明显少于对照组.结论 微波热凝冶疗慢性增生性咽炎较雾化吸入治疗效果好,值得推广使用.%Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of microwave thermal coagulation and inhalation in the treatment of chronic hyperplastic pharyngitis.Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into control group and study group.Both groups received conventional antibiotics for symptomatic treatment;and the study group received additional microwave thermal coagulation therapy while the control group received additional inhalation therapy.The clinical efficacy of the two therapies was analyzed and compared.Results The total effectiveness rate was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(95.00％ vs.65.00％,P＜0.05).The rate of complications was markedly lower in the study group than in the the control group.Conclusions Microwave thermal coagulation,as compared with inhalation,is more efficacious in the treatment of chronic hyperplastic pharyngitis.
