颈内动脉床突旁动脉瘤的显微手术技巧探讨

摘要

Objective To explore the microsurgery techniques of carotid artery beside paraclinoid aneurysm.Method The data of 16 patients with carotid artery beside paraclinoid aneurysm receiving microsurgery was retrospectively analyzed.Results All aneurysms were occluded,which was confirmed by CTA or angiography.Follow-up time was from 3 months to 2 years.11 cases were in an excellent condition,4 cases in a good condition and 1 case in a bad condition.Conclusion Microsurgical treatment for carotid artery beside paraclinoid aneurysm is safe and effective.%目的 探讨显微外科手术治疗颈内动脉床突旁动脉瘤的技巧.方法 回顾分析采用显微外科手术夹闭颈内动脉床突旁动脉瘤的16例患者,对手术相关技巧问题进行总结分析.结果 本组患者术后CTA或脑血管造影证实动脉瘤完全夹闭.术后随访3个月～2年,运用格拉斯哥(GOS)评分法评价其预后,优11例,良4例,差1例.结论 采用显微外科手术治疗颈内动脉床突旁动脉瘤安全有效.
