血糖及糖化血红蛋白在益气滋肾方联合穴位注射疗法治疗肾阴虚证Ⅱ型糖尿病的应用研究

摘要

Objective To detect and study the application value of two kinds of index including glucose and glycated hemoglobin in Yiqi Zishen decoction combined with acupoint injection therapy for the treatment of kidney yin deficiency syndrome type Ⅱ diabetes.Methods 200 cases of kidney yin deficiency syndrome type Ⅱ diabetic patients were randomly divided into two groups:100 patients using Yiqi Zishen decoction combined with acupoint injection therapy (treatment group),other 100 patients used only basic treatment (control group),before and after the treatment we recorded the fasting blood glucose (FPG),2 hour postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin ( 2hPG ) ( HbA1c ) detection,with a comparative analysis of test results.Results According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinical efficacy,efficacy group effect and effective in 44 and 52 patients,with an efficiency of 96％,compared with that of the control group thcre was significant difference (P＜0.05); efficacy of group blood sugar (6.1+1.6) mmol/L,2 hour postprandial blood glucose of(6.7+2.1) mmol/L and glycosyLated hemoglobin A (6.78+ 1.29)％ compared with the control group results there was significant difference (P＜0.05),Conclusion The blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin detection result analysis,the use of Yiqi Zishen prescription combined with acupoint injection therapy for the treatment of kidney yin deficiency syndrome in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus has better effect than using only the basic therapy method.%目的 通过检测血糖及糖化血红蛋白,探讨两种指标在益气滋肾方联合穴位注射疗法在肾阴虚证Ⅱ型糖尿病中的应用价值.方法 200例肾阴虚证Ⅱ型糖尿病患者随机分成两组:疗效组(100例)运用益气滋肾方联合穴位注射疗法,对照组(100例)只进行基础治疗,在治疗前后分别进行空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)检测,并对检测结果进行比较分析.结果 在中医临床疗效方面,疗效组显效44例、有效52例,有效率96％,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P＜0.05);疗效组空腹血糖(6.1±1.6)mmol/L、餐后2小时血精(6.7±2.1) mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(6.78±1.29)％,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 益气滋肾方联合穴位注射疗法治疗肾阴虚证Ⅱ型糖尿病效果好.
