粉尘螨滴剂脱敏治疗小儿过敏性哮喘的效果观察和护理体会

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect and nursing experience of Dermatophagoides farinae drops desensitization treatment of allergic asthma in children.Methods 100 allergic asthma children were selected as the research object,and given Dermatophagoides farinae drops desensitization therapy and nursing care on the basis of routine treatment for 3 months.Results After active treatment and care,the desensitizing rate was 95％,asthma symptom scores decreased significantly (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Dermatophagoides farinae drops in the treatment of allergic asthma children is effective in strengthening desensitization,improving asthma symptoms,worthy of clinical application.%目的 探讨粉尘螨滴剂脱敏治疗小儿过敏性哮喘的效果观察和护理体会.方法 将100例过敏性哮喘患儿作为研究对象,在常规治疗基础上给予粉尘螨滴剂脱敏治疗和护理,维持3个月.结果 经过积极的治疗和护理,脱敏有效率为95％,哮喘症状积分有显著性降低,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 粉尘螨滴剂治疗过敏性哮喘息儿,对于加强脱敏效果,改善哮喘病情具有积极意义,值得临床考虑.
