神经功能监护在神经外科手术中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨神经功能监护在神经外科手术中的可行性及其有效性.方法 选取我院80例神经外科择期手术患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,术中分别予神经电生理监测技术及唤醒试验,并在其术后对各组手术疗效测评.结果 研究组术后卡氏功能评分80分以上26例(65%),70分12例(30%),50分2例(5%),研究组术后神经功能及生存质量状态明显优于对照组,(P<0.05).结论 神经功能监护在神经外科手术中可准确监测外周神经功能、有效定位功能区皮层,降低手术导致的神经损伤病残率,提高神经外科手术疗效.%Objective To explore the feasibility and validity of intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) in neurosurgical procedures.Methods 80 patients schedualed for neurosurgical treatment were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,40 for each group.The control group received intraoperative wake-up test,while the study group received IONM.The efficacy of the procedures was assessed postoperatively.Results After surgical treatment,the Karnofsky Performance Scale Index showed 26 patients (65%) scored 80 points or greater,12 (30%)scored,and 2 (5%) scored 50.The study group was superior to the control group in the improvement in postoperative neural function and quality of life (P<0.05).Conclusions Intraoperative neuromonitoring can accurately detect peripheral nerve function during neurosurgical procedures,effectively locate functional cortex,reduce nerve injuries associated with the procedures,and improve the efficacy of neurosurgical treatment.
