个性化护理干预对提高流动人口肺结核患者服药依从性的影响

摘要

目的 探讨个性化护理干预对提高流动人口肺结核患者服药依从性的影响.方法 选取2012年1月至2012年12月在我院门诊就诊登记的流动人口肺结核病患者100例,随机分为实验组与对照组各50例.对照组患者给予常规护理干预,实验组患者在给予常规护理基础上采取个性化护理干预,比较两组患者服药依从性.结果 治疗3个月后跟踪随访得知,实验组患者服药依从率为94％,对照组患者服药依从率为72％,实验组患者服药依从性有效率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)；实验组患者在情绪稳定、定期检查以及饮食控制方面的反馈效果均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对肺结核患者采取个性化护理干预,可以有效提高患者服药的依从性.%Objective To investigate impacts of individualized nursing intervention on the medication compliance improvement of tuberculosis patients among floating population.Methods 100 cases of tuberculosis from floating population registered in the outpatient of our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases with each group.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention,and the experimental group was added the medication compliance improvement based on the conventional nursing.The compliance of medication of treatment was compared.Results By the follow-up 3 months after treatment,the medication compliance rate of experimental group was 94.0％,and the control group 72.0％,the former one was significantly higher than the latter one,with significant difference (P＜0.05); the emotional stability,periodic inspection,and the feedback effects of diet in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion The individualized nursing intervention for the tuberculosis patients can effectively improve the medication compliance rate of the patients.
