时疫解毒汤治疗时行感冒100例的效果观察

摘要

目的 观察自拟中药时疫解毒汤治疗时行感冒的临床疗效.方法 收集时行感冒病例100例,以辛凉解表、清瘟解毒为治疗原则,运用自拟中药时疫解毒汤治疗,观察其临床疗效.结果 运用自拟中药时疫解毒汤治疗时行感冒100例,治愈62例,有效32例,无效6例(4例高热不退),总有效率94％,平均用药时间5日.结论 时疫解毒汤治疗时行感冒临床疗效满意.%Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine epidemic decoction on influenza.Method 100 cases of influenza were chosen and treated with epidemic decoction which depended on clearing away heat and detoxicating.Then we observed the clinical effect.Results Among 100 cases,62 cases were cured,32 cases effective,6 cases ineffective(4 cases of high fever).The total effective rate was 94％.The average therapy time was 5 days.Conclusions Epidemic decoction has a definite effect on influenza.
